The Story
From Operator
to Founder
I started on the ground floor. Sales, event marketing, client work. Then spent nearly a decade running digital product work for some of Norway’s biggest consumer brands: platform migrations, new builds, and eventually owning the digital side of four automotive brands.
One client asked me to join as co-founder after years of working together. That is the kind of relationship I try to build.
Now I run Bakke & Co full-time and build my own products on the side. Still shipping. Still figuring things out.

AI that ships
No slide decks. No roadmaps to a roadmap. I build working systems: automations, ML pipelines, AI-native features that go to production and do something useful.
Products, not projects
Full-stack, modern, built to last. React, Next.js, cloud infrastructure. I care about the details that make software good to use, not just good to demo.
Zero to one
Getting from nothing to your first paying customer is genuinely hard. I have done it before and I am doing it now with PortLink. I know where things go wrong.

Maritime logistics still runs on emails and WhatsApp. We are building an AI-driven platform for port operators and ship agents that integrates with their existing systems.
EventRipple
Creator
Venue booking runs on PDFs and back-and-forth email chains. EventRipple gives venues, caterers, and event pros a faster way to quote and close.

How I Work
I work like a co-founder, not a contractor
One of my clients asked me to join as co-owner after years of building together. That happened because I cared about the outcome, not because I delivered on spec. I run Bakke & Co, PortLink, and EventRipple. I know what it costs to hire the wrong person. You get someone accountable, not someone billing hours.
Building since high school
E-commerce stores first, then enterprise systems, then digital products. Twenty years of hands-on work means I know what breaks in production and why. Every recommendation I make comes from something I have built and shipped myself.
On AI since before it was a trend
I was researching generative AI at BI Norwegian Business School and presenting factory optimization work to executive teams before ChatGPT existed. MIT Sloan trained me in AI implementation. I follow what moves the business, not what is trending this week.
