The professional story
I started on the ground floor. Sales, event marketing, client work. Then nearly a decade running digital product work for some of Norway's biggest consumer brands. Platform migrations and new builds at Telenor and Nortura, where I was responsible for parts of the Gilde and Prior digital marketing programme. Eventually owning the digital side of four automotive brands at Volkswagen Møller.
All the way through, I kept my own shop on the side. The sole proprietorship has been my home base since 2004, and in recent years I've run the same digital advisory and solutions work through Bakke & Co AS, alongside partners across the globe.
One long-time client asked me to join as a co-owner after years of working together. That is the kind of relationship I try to build. Now I run Bakke & Co full-time and build my own products on the side. Still shipping. Still figuring things out.
